Mark Sherwood.  I have a ton of respect for Mark - we played against each other a significant amount in college and it was always a dogfight.  He is a great player, the ultimate competitor, and one of those guys you would take on your team any day.  I can't say enough good things about him and I'm glad we have the opportunity to play with each other.    

Something unknown about me:
I am a cancer survivor of 3 years.  I was diagnosed Aug. 4 2008 with Stage 3 Colon Cancer.  I underwent surgery and 6 months of chemotherapy causing me to miss the 2008 UPA Club Ultimate season.  I have since bounced back and am very blessed and thankful to be playing at a high level again.
